I started ELFIS with the intention of legitimately and scientificly exploring these alleged mind control possibilities that seem to be affiliated BOTH with the "true" ufo phenomena and the activites of certain agencies who use UFOs for all sorts of Psychological Warfare purposes. There certainly seemed to be a lot of data out there if one could only procure it through the vast paper trails of public domain psychotronic electromagnetic research. However this proved more difficult than I expected. The information is certainly out there but requires a large amount of time and money to find and secure these documents.
Amazingly, in the interim the subject of UFOs as psychotronic disinformation has overrun the entire gamut of popular culture, especially trhu the latest X-FILES movie. Episodes of this TV series have opened the minds of the public to the many of these ideas: see specificly the JOSE CHUNG episode of the X-FILES.
Still it has proven difficult to verify the level of reality this kind of conspiracy has actually attained. Much of what HAS been promoted within the last few years has been distributed throught the greatest disinformation tools known to humanity: this internet thru which you are reading these very words.
