First, let me explain that what follows is a rough beginning to my own on-going EHE (Exceptional Human Experience) Autobiography as defined by Rhea White within her EHENetwork papers. This EHE autobiography is meant to be an evolving record and memory tool for communicating those life experiences which seem to have had a profound impact upon me and my perspectives on life and reality.  

Among the long list of various EHEs that Rhea White's network has indentified you will find spontaneous psychic events as well as luminous / numinous experiences such as NDEs, OOBEs, synchronicity, and UFO close encounters. All are liminal experiences existing at the boundaries of mind and matter as well as the fringes of reason and meaning, science and spirit. This approach to "strange" or anomalous personal experiences is all about, and most amenable to, the assimilation of these events by the experiencer. Unlike the modern nuts and bolts approach to investigation of the unexplained, the post-modern multi-  
disciplinary EHE paradigm allows the experiencer to describe the EHE's impact upon their life.  

While people can certainly get meaning from a misinterpreted event, ie-meaningfully misidentifying an IFO as UFO (or alien craft), ultimately this may be what is sometimes necessary in order for the witness / experiencer to assimilate the event into their life. Though perhaps the events are equally meaningful if they simply open our minds to possibility by confounding attempts at final answers to these experiences.  

But I am getting ahead of myself and the above thought is perhaps better suited to my on- going Elf Infested Spaces articles. So let me move on to a brief chronicling overview of my own dramatic (and not so dramatic) lifetime of EHEs.
